【摘要】 目的 调查研究幽门螺杆菌的感染情况。方法 对2 512例健康体检人员进行13C尿素酶呼气试验(13C-UBT)检测分析。结果 2 512例中幽门螺杆菌检测阳性人数1 260例，占50.16%。结论 幽门螺杆菌的感染率极高，它通过口—口、粪—口和密切接触传播，因此预防十分重要。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the condition of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection. Methods13C-labelled urea breath test (13C-UBT) was conducted in 2512 health-examined individuals. ResultsAmong the 2512 individuals, 1260 (50.16%) were positive in Hp infection. ConclusionHp has an extremely high infection rate and is disseminated by mouth - mouth, excrement - mouth and intimate contact, therefore, prevention is very important to it.
