【摘 要】 目的探讨不同引流管对行脑室外持续引流术患者的预后影响。方法对行持续脑室外引流术患者114例临床资料进行回顾性分析(其中78例采用普通引流管,36例采用密闭引流管)。结果密闭引流管组患者在首次置管时间、感染例数、血肿完全吸收时间及Karnofsky评分均优于普通引流管组。结论采用密闭引流管行脑室外持续引流术治疗脑室内出血,可减少并发症,益于患者恢复。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of drainage tube on prognosis in patients after external ventricular drainage.Methods The clinical data of 114 cases with continued external ventricular hemorrhage drainage were analyzed retrospectively, in which 78 cases were used ordinary drainage tube and 36 cases were used airtight drainage tube.Results First drainage time, cases of infection, time of hematoma completely absorbed and Karnofsky in patients using airtight drainage tube were better than them using the ordinary one.Conclusion The airtight drainage tube could be used for thetreatment of ventricular hemorrhage, which could promote recovery and reduce complication. ......
