【摘要】目的 观察俯卧位下后路椎间盘镜手术和侧卧位下椎板开窗髓核摘除术两种不同手术体位对病人BP、HR、SpO2的影响。方法 选择择期手术患者204例,根据手术指征分为 A、B两组,对临床资料进行观察比较经统计学处理分析。结果 A组手术时间缩短 ,BP、HR波动明显,需用麻黄碱或阿托品进行对症处理。结论 后路椎间盘镜手术虽然创伤小、时间短,但手术体位对 BP、HR影响明显,术中需严密观察,积极预防。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo compare the effect of rear route diskoscope under prone position and nucleus removed during vertebral plate disectomy under lateral position on BP, HR and SpO2.Methods 204 cases of patients with selective operation were divided into A and B group according to operation indication, and the clinical information were analyzed. ResultsThe operation time was decreased in A group, and the BP and HR were fluctuated significantly which must be treated with ephedrine and atropine. ConclusionThe trauma of rear route diskoscope was light and operation time was less, but the effect of operation position was more significant. So the operation must be observed carefully to prevent complications.
