【摘 要】 目的 研究汤头温泉联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法 104例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为两组,治疗组58例,采用汤头矿泉浴联合口服阿维A胶囊,按0.5 mg/(kg·d);对照组46例,仅进行矿泉浴治疗。疗程均为30 d。结果 治疗组、对照组有效率分别为87.9%和67.4%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 矿泉浴联合阿维A胶囊口服对寻常型银屑病有良好的治疗效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application of Tangtou spa combined with A ctiretin capsule in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 104 cases of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups. 58 patients in treating group were treated with spa bathing combined with A citretin capsule, 0.5 mg/(kg·d), and 46 patients in control group were only treated with spa bathing. 30 days were a course of treatment in both groups. Results The effective rates of the treatment group and control group were 87.9%, 67.4% respectively. There was significant different between them(P<0.01). Conclusion Spa bathing combined with Acitretin has a satisfactory therapeutic effect in treating psoriasis.
