【摘 要】近年来,随着国际维和、维稳处突、抢险救灾、突发公共卫生事件、边境封控、维护海洋权益和海上战略通道安全、涉外军事行动等非战争军事行动的增多,世界各国正着力构建非战争军事卫勤保障的理论体系。本文围绕军队非战争军事行动卫勤保障特点,结合疗养院实际,探讨疗养院做好非战争军事行动卫勤保障的措施办法,有备应对可能赋予的卫勤保障任务。

    【Abstract】 For the past few years, with the increases of non-war military actions such asinternational peace keep, maintaining stability and handling contingencies, doing rescue and relief work, public health emergency,closing and controlling the border, protection of ocean rights and interests and maintenance of security of maritime strategy passage,and foreign-related military action etc.every country in the world is trying to construct theoretical system on medical support of non-war military action.Concerning characteristics of medical support of non-war military action, this paper discuss measures and methods from actual conditions in sanatoriums, so as to prepared for assigned task of medical support.
