CO中毒脑病的MRI与临床(2)
本组19例迟发性脑病患者的MRI所见除具备急性中毒的脑表现外,还累及侧脑室下角周围的脑白质、额叶的白质、苍白球的变性坏死、壳核的变性坏死等。说明迟发性脑病患者的脑累及的范围及程度明显大于或重于急性中毒患者。出现这一改变,几乎是不可逆的。因此,在出现这些改变之前,应积极进行高压氧等治疗。综上所述,MRI不仅可敏感探测CO中毒脑病,并可预示其临床预后。
