【摘要】 目的 分析1 200名健康体检者检验结果,评价群体健康状况。方法 检测1 200例健康体检者空腹血糖(GLU)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)等指标。结果 空腹GLU随年龄增长呈现上升趋势;TC含量51～60岁年龄组呈高峰,60岁后下降;ALT异常主要集中在青年组;HBsAg阳性率多发于40岁以下年龄段。结论 健康体检是一项极其重要的内容,它能了解群体健康状况,若有疾病可以早发现、早预防、早治疗,防止并发症的发生,提高人们的健康素质和生活质量。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo analyze physical examination results of 1 200 healthy people so as to evaluate population health status.Methods The indexes such as fasting Blood-glucose(GLU), triacylglycerolto(TG),total cholesterol(TC),glutamate pyruvate(ALT)and hepatitis B surface antibody(HBsAg)were measured in 1 200 healthy people.ResultsWith the increase of age,the level of GLU tended to rise.The level of TC reached peak in the group aged from 51 to 60 and tended to decline after 60.Most abnormal result of ALT showed in youth and the positive rates of HBsAg were common in people under the age of 40.ConclusionHealth examination is an important way to evaluate health status of population.It contributes to early discovery,early diagnosis,early treatment,prevention of complications,and improvement of physical constitution and life quality. ......
