【摘 要】 本文就军队疗养院护理管理中存在的一些问题,以科学发展观为先导,区别轻重缓急进行微调补短。所采取的修正性及时微调、过渡性缓冲微调、渐变性长入微调、整体性结合微调方法,可供有关单位参考。

    【Abstract】 In this paper, several problems of nursing management in military sanatorium were readjusted to reinforce weaknesses in the order of importance and urgency followingthe guidance of scientific thought of development nursing.Methods such as modified timely readjust, transitional buffering readjust, gradual evolved readjust and holistic combined readjust adopted can be referred by relevant departments.
