【摘 要】护患间沟通的效果影响着护理质量。作为疗养院的护理人员,要结合自己所面对的疗养员的生理和心理特点,科学地运用沟通技巧,选择最适合的沟通方式,提高护理人员与疗养员之间的沟通效果,为疗养员提供高质量、更全面的服务。

    【Abstract】 Communication between nurse and patient has an influence on nursing quality.A nurse who work in sanatorium, should combine physical and psychological characteristics of recuperators, make use of communication skills scientifically and select the most suitable means of communication, to improve communication effect between nurses and recuperators and provide high-quality and more comprehensive services for recuperators.
