【摘要】 目的 编制特勤人员疗养需求调查问卷,提高疗养服务的针对性。方法 在文献回顾和专家访谈的基础上编制特勤人员疗养需求调查问卷,对来自17个疗养部队的676名特勤人员进行调查,对特勤人员疗养需求结构维度和问卷的信效度进行了分析。结果 探索性因素分析表明,特勤人员疗养需求由体检鉴定、体能训练、文化娱乐、饮食营养和心理及景观治疗5个维度构成,具有较好的内部一致性信度和结构效度。结论 该问卷具有较好的信度和效度,可用于对特勤部队疗养需求的调查。

    【Abstract】 Objective To formulate a questionnaire about requirement for special services personnel convalescence and to improve direction of sanatorium nursing.MethodsA questionnaire was formulated based on literature review and experts interview. 676 subjects who came from 17 military units were surveyed. The structure dimension of requirement and reliability and validity of the questionnaire was analyzed.ResultsExploratory factor analysis showed that the requirement was composed of 5 dimensions such as identification of physical examination, physical training, entertainment, diet and nutrition, psychological and scenery therapy, which had internal consistency reliability and construct validity.ConclusionThis questionnaire has better reliability and validity, which can be used in survey on requirement for special services personnel convalescence. ......
