【摘要】 目的 实现军队卫生技术人员综合素质培养管理的信息化、数字化和智能化,提高综合素质培养的管理质量与效率。方法 研制综合素质培养管理系统并投入应用。结果 该系统可信息化管理所有综合素质培养数据,并能够针对数据进行快速精确的查询、统计和分析。结论 该系统功能强大、操作简便、通用性好,适合于军队卫生技术人员的综合素质培养的量化管理。

    【Abstract】 Objective To realize information,digitalization and intelligentization ofcomprehensive qualities cultivation management in military medical personnel so as to improve management quality and efficiency of comprehensive qualities cultivation.Methods Management system of comprehensive qualities cultivation was developed and used.Results All the data on comprehensive qualities cultivation can be enquired and statistically analysed with high accuracy and speed using the information management system.Conclusion The system is suited to quantitative management of comprehensive qualities cultivationin in military medical personnel due to its powerful function,convenient procedure and goood versatility. ......
