661名疗养员乙肝感染情况调查

【摘要】 目的 了解疗养员乙型肝炎感染率,探讨乙肝预防对策与措施。方法 对2004年5月～2008年10月来沈阳军区大连疗养院小平岛疗养区疗养的661名军官进行乙肝表面抗原检测,采用酶联免疫吸附法对其中阳性者进行乙肝“两对半”检测,按年分组,进行分析比较。结果 总阳性率为1.51%,2004年阳性率为1.87%,2008为0.66%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.12,P<0.01)。结论 疗养员乙肝感染率明显低于全国平均水平(9.8%),但为了将乙肝发病率降至最低,建议制订乙肝疫苗扩大免疫计划,及时对易感人群接种乙肝疫苗。
