心理护理干预对肺心病患者抑郁的影响研究

【摘要】 目的探讨心理护理干预对肺心病患者抑郁的影响。方法选择我院2005年11月～2009年12月肺心病住院患者48例,分别采用常规护理与心理护理干预。结果干预前两组患者的汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较无显著性差异,干预后,治疗组的HAMD评分下降幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 正确有效的应用心理护理,通过了解与分析,使肺心病患者保持良好的心理状态,利于心身健康。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on depression in patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods 48 patients with pulmonary heart disease in our hospital from Nov.2005 to Dec.2009 were selected and divided into two groups.Conventional and psychological nursing were performed in two groups respectively.Results There was no significant difference of HAMD score between the two groups before the intervention.After the intervention,the reduction of HAMD score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion By understanding and analysis,application of correct and effective psychological nursing can maintain a good state in patients with pulmonary heart disease,wich is helpful for their mental and physical health ......
