综合康复干预对地震伤员下肢骨折后膝关节功能恢复的影响(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察综合康复干预对地震所致下肢骨折伤员术后膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法 下肢开放性骨折术后膝关节功能障碍患者37例,分3组。其中康复1组为地震伤所致,康复2组为普通创伤所致,均在康复治疗师指导下进行康复训练。另选10例未行康复干预的普通创伤患者作为对照组。1个月后对3组患者的膝关节活动度进行测量比较。结果 两组康复干预患者的膝关节活动度均优于对照组,而康复2组的疗效更优于康复1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 综合康复治疗对下肢骨折术后患者膝关节功能恢复有积极的促进作用,灾后的早期、持续康复介入,可有效地减轻伤员的残疾程度。
