【摘要】 目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定杯苋甾酮在家兔血浆中的药物浓度。方法 血浆样品用乙腈提取,流动相为乙腈20 g、水80 g、磷酸二氢钠1.20 g,流速1 mL/min,检测波长243 nm。结果 家兔口服给药后血浆中可检出杯苋甾酮,杯苋甾酮在0.565～9.040 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 0(n=5),日内RSD为±3.9%,日间RSD为±7.3%;血浆最低检测浓度为0.28 μg/mL。结论 本法快速、准确、重现性好,为该药物的药代动力学研究提供依据。
