【摘要】 牙体疾患的治疗过程中经常要通过磨切和预备牙体壁组织来实现诊治目的,而不同的人群牙体壁厚度具有不同的特点。故本文从遗传、种族、性别、牙齿的自身变化规律以及临床治疗操作等几方面就影响牙体壁厚度因素的研究作一综述。

    【Abstract】 The treatment of dental disease process is often completed by abrasion cutting and preparing the body wall tissues.But the different groups have different characteristics in thickness of the tooth body.So this article reviews the research progress on affecting factors of thickness of the tooth body from heredity,race,gender,its own law of change of tooth and clinical manipulation.

    牙体壁组织是指牙釉质、牙本质和牙骨质等硬组织;牙体壁厚度是指髓腔壁到牙齿表面的上述硬组织厚度。牙釉质和牙骨质在牙颈部-釉牙骨质界处相接,其相接处有3种不同情况:约60%是牙骨质少许覆盖在釉质表面;约30%是釉质和骨质端端相接;10%左右二者不相接,直接暴露牙本质,为牙龈所覆盖 ......
