【摘要】 目的 阐述飞行人员健康管理的基本内容。方法 依据作者航卫保障实践经验和有关研究论著,介绍飞行人员健康管理的概念和原则,分析我军飞行人员健康管理的现状,阐明飞行人员健康管理的主要模式与技术,以及实施步骤。结果飞行人员健康管理要素包括:过程管理、状态管理、风险管理和目标管理。飞行人员健康管理原则包括:系统、层次原则,信息反馈原则,个性化原则,社会化和可及性原则,以及有效性和连续性原则。目前我军飞行人员健康管理学术理论与技术研究相对滞后,服务形式单一,手段落后,具有中国特色的健康管理创新服务系统和运营模式尚未建立。我们应该在理论、技术和服务3种模式下,采用健康状态检测与监测技术、健康评估与疾病风险预警技术以及健康信息技术,实施飞行人员个人健康信息管理、健康与慢性病危险性评估和健康计划及改善指导。结论 提高飞行人员健康管理水平,对于促进飞行人员身体健康,延长飞行工作年限,提高航空兵部队战斗力具有重要意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To expound the basic content of health management of flying personnel.Methods Based on our aviation health practice experience and relevant articles,this paper introduced the conception and principle of health management of flying personnel,analyzed the present status of health management of flying personnel in our army,and expounded the main mode,technology and implementation step of health management of flying personnel.Results The essential elements of health management of flying personnel included process management,status management,risk management and objective management.The principle of health management of flying personnel included systematic and level principle,information feedback principle,individual principle,and socialization and accessibility principle,as well as effectivity and continuity principle.At present,the research on theory and technology of health management in our army were relatively backward;the service pattern was simple;the method was behindhand and the new service system and operation model of health management with Chinese characteristicsof had not been established.In three modes such as theory,technology and service,information management of personal health,assessment of health and chronic disease risk,and health plan and improved instruction of flying personnel were implemented by health detection and monitoring technique,health assessment and illness risk early warning technique and health information technique.Conclusion It is important to improve health management level for promoting health and extending working lifetime of flying personnel,and increasing combat power of air unit. ......
