【摘要】 该文通过查找和分析医疗纠纷的成因,采用回顾分析的方法,总结出加强医院的核心竞争力是防范医疗纠纷的根本;提高医务人员的综合素质是防范医疗纠纷的关键;落实医疗规章制度是防范医疗纠纷的核心;建立良好和谐的医患关系是防范医疗纠纷的基础。

    【Abstract】 By seeking and analysing cause of medical dispute,with retrospective analysis method,this paper summarizes that strengthening the core competition of hospital is the foundation,improving comprehensive quality of medical staff is the key,implementing medical regulation is the core and setting up favourable and harmonious doctor-patient relationship is the basis of preventing medical disputes.
