小儿幽门螺杆菌感染与过敏性紫癜关系的探讨

摘 要 目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与过敏性紫癜的关系。方法：选择37例腹型过敏性紫癜患者作为观察组，30例肠痉挛患者作为对照组。两组患儿分别给予14C呼气试验。结果：观察组与对照组比较，差异有显著性。 结论：幽门螺杆菌感染可能是过敏性紫癜发病原因之一。

ABSTRACT Objective:To research the relaionship between infection of pyloric helicobacterium and Henoch’s allergic purpura.Method:Thirty-seven in-patients of Henoch’s allergic purpura were selected as the observation group and 30 cases of outpatients of enterospasm were selected as the control group.The patients in both groups received the 14C breath test.Result:Compaired with the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pyloric helicobacterium is one of the possible reasons which causes Henoch’s allergic purpura. ......
