蒽酮-硫酸法测定生地黄提取物中总糖的含量(1)

摘 要 目的：建立生地黄提取物中总糖的含量测定方法。方法：以葡萄糖为对照品采用蒽酮-硫酸法于625nm处测定总糖含量。结果：葡萄糖对照品溶液在0.005～0.05 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系，线性回归方程为A=15.362C+0.000 07，r＝0.999 8，平均加样回收率为102.4%，RSD为2.6%。结论：本法操作简便、快速、重现性良好，可用于生地黄提取物中总糖的测定。
