我院203例药品不良反应报告分析
摘 要 目的：通过对203例药品不良反应报告进行统计分析，为临床安全用药提供依据。方法：采用回顾性分析，研究药品不良反应的发生与患者性别、年龄及用药情况的关系。结果：203例药品不良反应中，男性多于女性；抗菌药物的不良反应最多，其次是抗肿瘤药物；药品不良反应的临床表现主要以皮肤及其附件损害为主。结论：加强药品不良反应监测，可促进临床合理用药，保障用药安全。关键词 药品不良反应 分析 监测

Analysis of 203 reports on adverse reaction in our hospital

ABSTRACT Objective: An analysis on the 203 adverse reaction (ADR) reports in our hospital was made to provide the evidence for rational use of drugs in clinical practice and reduce the incidence rate of ADR. Methods: Two hundred and three ADR reports were retrospectively analyzed and the relationship between ADR and the gender, age, and used drugs of the patients was studied. Results: In the 203 cases of ADR, the incidence rate was higher in male patients than that in female patients. The most common ADR was resulted from use of antibiotics, and the second was from anti-tumor agents. The main clinical manifestations included the skin damage and appendix injury. Conclusion: It is important to strengthen the supervision of ADR, improve the rational use of drugs in clinic, and ensure the safety of medication for patients. ......
