摘 要 本文对阿司匹林抵抗的定义、发生机制以及中医中药防治阿司匹林抵抗的认识进行归纳论述。临床上可结合具有扶助正气、活血化瘀、解毒通络功效的中药对阿司匹林抵抗患者进行增效或替代治疗，发挥中医中药辨证论治和调节人体内环境的综合调理作用。
