摘 要 替卡格雷是一种新型抗血小板药，是首个能可逆性地作用于血小板上的二磷酸腺苷受体亚型P2Y12的抗血小板药，口服吸收快，能有效改善急性冠脉综合征患者的症状，降低死亡率。本文介绍替卡格雷的作用机制、药动学和Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期临床试验结果。
