摘 要 急性冠脉综合征社区的早期诊断和处理的意义重大。尽快识别和确立诊断最重要的是依靠病史，心电图检查和心肌损伤标志物检查及动态观察。治疗时应进行危险分层，低、中危患者可以在有条件的社区医院住院观察；高危患者在初步处理的同时，联系最近的可以开展急诊介入治疗的医院，并注意转院环节的衔接，缩短发病到治疗的时间

    Early community diagnose and treatment of acute coronary syndrome

    ABSTRACT Community early diagnose and treatment of acute coronary syndrome have great significance. The importance of the quick distinguishing and diagnosis relies on the history of the disease, ECG, myocardial damage label examination and motive change to establish the diagnosis. During the treatment, the risk levels should be analyzed. The lower and middle level patients can be observed in the community health service centre. While receiving initial treatment, the high risk patients should contact the nearest hospital that can offer emergency PCI, pay attention to transferring links and shorten the time of door-to-treatment. ......
