摘 要 脑卒中具有发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高的特点，严重影响了患者的生存质量。早期康复治疗能够明显改善患者的各种功能和预后，提高他们的生活质量。本文就脑卒中后早期康复治疗的机制、时机、目的、方法及注意事项等几个方面进行了综述。

    ABSTRACT Stroke has a character of high incidence, high morbidity and high mortality rate, and seriously affects the quality of the people’s life. Early rehabilitation can significantly improve the various patient’s functions, prognosis and life quality. In this paper, the mechanism, timing, purpose, methods and precautions of early rehabilitation after stroke are reviewed.
