黄色肉芽肿性胆囊炎的腹腔镜诊治分析(3)
虽然相比常规LC，目前XGC的腹腔镜手术例数还不多，中转率较高，但我们相信，随着术者手术经验的积累和技术的不断成熟，腹腔镜治疗XGC的病例会越来越多，中转开腹率也会不断下降。腹腔镜胆囊切除术会成为治疗XGC的优先选择。
