摘 要 闸北区中心医院创新工作机制，将全科医师规范化培训全部纳入住院医师规范化培训范畴，通过整合资源、招贤纳才、完善制度、加强管理、科学培养等培训了一批优秀的全科人才，初步摸索出一套行之有效的全科医师培训方法。
