摘 要 老年性黄斑变性是发达国家老年人主要致盲原因之一。黄斑变性的发病与年龄、遗传、营养、疾病有关。黄斑变性临床上分为干性和湿性两种，本文对其临床表现进行了介绍，根据病情可以选择激光、经瞳孔温热疗法、光动力疗法、药物等方法治疗，以便社区医生在临床中参考。
