摘 要 药物性肾损害是药物不良反应的重要方面之一，其发生率不断增高，对常规治疗及患者预后都有不利影响。本文根据国内、外最新研究进展，就药物性肾损害的机制、常见的可致肾损害的药物以及对药物性肾损害的诊断、预防和治疗措施作一概述。
