摘 要 目的：比较分析我国上市医药企业的经营效率。方法：基于数据包络分析(DEA)方法的基本原理，结合DEA超效率模型，通过研究不同类医药上市企业的经营效率，找出优势经营效率企业经营的关键所在，并通过比较分析经营效率相对较低企业存在的问题。结果与结论：大部分上市医药公司能够处理好资金的结构问题，但是经营效率相对较低的公司主要存在成本问题，还有部分公司则是资产投资不足，有待改进。

Analysis of the operational efficiency
of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises based on data envelopment analysis

ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the operational efficiency of Chinese listed pharmaceutical enterprises. Methods： Based on the method of DEA combined with the DEA super-efficiency model， the operational efficiency of different pharmaceutical companies are studied so as to identify the operating keys to the higher operational efficiency enterprises. Some problems existing in lower operational enterprises will be found by comparative analysis. Results & Conclusion： Most of the companies are able to handle the problem of capital structure， but the lower operational efficiency pharmaceutical companies can not deal with the problem of main business costs and a part of the companies are insufficient in assets and investment which need to be improved.

我国的医药行业自改革开放以来增长迅速，是国民经济中发展最快的行业之一。同其他行业一样，医药行业中部分企业为了保持企业的竞争实力，扩大自身的经营能力，逐渐开始在市场上募集闲置资金，发行公司股票。我国医药企业在前进中不断发展，但是，跨国医药企业也在不断进入中国医药市场，使得市场竞争更加激烈。在这个大环境下，以我国上市医药公司为代表，分析各企业经营效率是否因此得到提升显得十分有意义，有利于改善我国医药企业的资源配置结构，提高医药企业的资源利用效率，从而增强医药企业的竞争实力。
1 研究方法
1.1 研究方法选择
研究企业经营效率的方法包括具有确定生产函数和无确定生产函数两种方法。具有确定生产函数的方法往往是理想化的方法，在假设各种条件的前提下去计算，缺乏客观性。而数据包络分析 (data envelopment anaylsis，DEA)方法是评价具有相同类型的多投入与多产出的决策单元(DMU)是否技术有效和规模有效的一种非参数统计方法。具体方法是把每个评价单元作为DMU，再由众多的评价单元作为评价群体，通过对投入以及产出比率的综合分析，以DMU的各个投入与产出指标的权重为变量进行评价运算，确定“有效生产前沿面”，并根据各DMU与有效生产前沿面的距离状况 ......
