滋阴定眩汤治疗肝肾阴虚型眩晕46例临床观察(1)

摘 要 目的：观察滋阴定眩汤治疗肝肾阴虚型椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法：将92例肝肾阴虚型椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组(46例)和对照组(46例)，对照组仅给予尼莫地平片，治疗组加用滋阴定眩汤，治疗21天后比较疗效。结果：两组疗效差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗组优于对照组。结论：滋阴定眩汤治疗肝肾阴虚型椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效确切。

Clinical observation of ziyindingxuan decoction in the treatment of
46 cases of patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo

ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the efficacy of ziyindingxuan decoction in the treatment of the vertigo of vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI) of liver-kidney yin deficiency type. Method： Ninety two patients with vertigo of VBI of yin deficiency of liver and kidney were randomly divided into the treatment group (46 cases) and control group (46 cases). The former were treated with nimodipin tablets with ziyindingxuan decoction and the latter only with nimodipin tablets. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after 21 days of treatment. Result： The comparison difference of treatment efficacy in two groups had statistical significance (P <0.05). The treatment efficacy in treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion： The ziyindingxuan decoction is effective in the treatment of vertigo of VBI of yin deficiency of liver and kidney.

椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕是内科常见病，临床大多采用活血、化痰、补益气血等进行治疗，笔者采用滋阴之法治疗肝肾阴虚型椎基底动脉供血不足眩晕46例，取得了较好的疗效，现将结果报告如下。
