推桥弓穴治疗原发性高血压120例近期疗效观察(1)

     摘 要 目的：探讨推桥弓穴治疗高血压病的降压疗效。方法：随机抽取本社区≥35岁的高血压患者240例，分为治疗组和对照组各120例。治疗组在药物治疗的基础上予以推桥弓穴治疗，每日1次，10天为1个疗程；对照组进行常规药物治疗，2个疗程后观察治疗效果。结果：治疗组治疗后的血压，与治疗前及对照组比较均有所下降，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗组的症状改善情况也明显好于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：推桥弓穴对高血压降压有较显著的近期疗效，但远期效果有待观察。

    Observation of the current effect of massaging the bridge

    bow acu-point to treat 120 patients with primary hypertension

    ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the antihypertensive effect of massaging the bridge bow acu-point. Method： 240 patients above 35 years old were randomly chosen in the community and divided into a treatment group and a control group， 120 cases each. The treatment group was given bridge bow massage ones a day， ten days for a course， based on medical treatment. The control group was treated with conventional drug therapy. After 2 courses of treatment， the effect was observed. Result： The blood pressure in the treatment group declined as compared with those before treatment and in the control group. The difference had statistically significance(P<0.05). The symptom improvement in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group， and the difference had statistically significance(P<0.01). Conclusion： The study founds bridge bow acu-point massage had the short efficacy to reduce the blood pressure of the hypertension patients significantly， but the long term efficacy needs to be further observed.
