摘 要 德育是学校教育的重要组成部分，全科医学见习也不例外。本文通过医学高等专科学校预防医学见习生带教经历，分析全科医学见习生道德素质教育的必要性，采用带教导师制、培养规范化、体验式教学以及见习生换位思考，角色扮演等教学方法，培养医学生高尚的医德，使其成为具有良好道德品质和心理素质、医技娴熟的优秀医学专门人才。
