摘 要 为保证手术患者的用药安全，制定和实施切实有效的手术室药品管理制度至关重要。我院通过开设手术室药房，制定相关药品管理、使用制度，保障本院手术管理有章可循，保证手术室药品管理规范化、科学化，提高了手术室麻醉医生的工作效率和质量，有效降低了药品滥用和丢失的现象。

    ABSTRACT It is essential to develop and implement effective medicine management system in operating room in order to ensure the medication safety of surgical patients.
