摘 要 偏瘫是脑卒中常见后遗症，给社会和家庭带来沉重负担。近年来国内外学者对偏瘫早期康复护理的研究日益增多，本文对近几年早期康复的相关进展进行综述，重点是时间选择，基础、心理、康复体位护理和运动功能、家庭康复护理等。
