摘 要 脑卒中后遗留的手功能障碍是影响患者生活质量的重要因素，规范的手功能评估对于康复治疗意义重大。本文从脑卒中后手功能障碍量表的评估出发，讨论如何开展脑卒中后物理、作业、康复器械、辅助用具等手功能的康复治疗。
