摘 要 近年来，由于环境因素和人们生活方式的改变，全球糖尿病的发生率迅速增高。本文概述当前糖尿病治疗的基本策略与手段，以及药物和用药原则。

    ABSTRACT： The incidence of diabetes is increasing rapidly worldwide in recent years due to the changes in the environment and ways of life. This article is to describe the basic strategy and means of diabetes treatment as well as the current consensus and new measures on prevention and treatment of diabetes in domestic and international medical profession.
