摘 要 我国深部真菌感染的发病率明显上升，实验室检查是诊断真菌感染的重要依据，而目前实验室诊断水平远不能满足临床实际需求。本文对目前现有的实验室诊断技术进行了回顾，指出了目前我国深部真菌感染的早期诊断的难点及发展趋势，并立足现有实验室检查技术及临床检查手段提出了深部真菌感染的早期诊断策略。
