摘 要 股骨转子间是老年人常见的骨折部位，随着社会老龄化的发展，发生股骨转子间骨折的几率呈上升趋势。本文就人工髋关节置换治疗老年不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的适应证、人工髋关节假体的选择、是否运用骨水泥加固等方面进行综述。
