摘 要 目的：探讨对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者进行流感疫苗接种能否降低1年内因心力衰竭发作而住院的次数。方法：收集55例NYHA分级Ⅱ～Ⅲ级缓解期的门诊CHF患者，随机分为流感疫苗接种组27例和对照组28例，观察两组1年内因心力衰竭发作的住院次数。结果：1年内，流感疫苗接种组患者因心力衰竭发作住院37例次，对照组58例次，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；但两组死亡病例分别为3例和4例，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：对CHF患者进行流感疫苗接种，可以明显降低因心力衰竭发作而住院的次数。

    ABSTRACT Objective： To explore whether the number of the episodes of hospitalization of the patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) could be reduced with influenza vaccine within one year. Methods： Fifty-five cases with CHF who were in 2-3 remission stages according to the classification of New York Heart Association in the outpatient department were selected and randomly divided into two groups： an experimental group(27 cases) and a control one(28 cases). The numbers of their episodes of hospitalization for heart failure were observed for one year. Results： Episodes of hospitalization for heart failure were 37 person times in the experimental group and 58 person ones in the control group.
