    摘 要 目的：了解社区老人健康体检中超声检查的结果。方法：应用常规超声检查方法对7 432例60岁以上老年人进行肝、胆、脾、肾超声检查，对检查结果进行分析。结果：7 432例老年体检者中，53.00%患有不同种类的疾病，按检出率高低排序，前5位依次为脂肪肝(29.00%)，肝囊肿(6.70%)、肾囊肿(5.80%)、胆囊结石(5.50%)、肝血管瘤(3.40%)。检出恶性肿瘤9例(0.01%)，其中肝癌6例、肾癌2例、胆囊癌1例，均经病理证实。结论：社区老年人定期进行常规超声检查，对疾病的早发现、早治疗具有重要意义。
