摘 要 目的：研究腰椎退行性病变社区康复模式。方法：对48例确诊为腰椎病的患者，在门诊治疗基础上同时给予3个月的社区规范化康复治疗，采用症状自评和生活质量评估法评估患者腰椎病症状和生活质量状况。结果：康复指导后患者的腰椎病症状和生活质量均有明显改善。症状自评评分在康复治疗前后分别为(23.10±10.27)分和(9.50±6.90)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；生活质量评分分别为(7.42±3.58)分和(11.50±2.07)分，差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论： 腰椎病社区规范化康复模式，能有效提高腰椎病患者的生活质量。

    ABSTRACT Objective： To study the community rehabilitation model of lumbar degenerative disease. Methods： Forty-eight patients diagnosed as lumbar disease were treated with the regular community rehabilitation for 3 months based on the outpatient treatment simultaneously. The symptoms of the patients with lumbar disease and their quality of life were evaluated with the methods of self-assessment of symptoms and the assessment of quality of life.
