摘 要 许多肿瘤的发病都与表观遗传学异常相关。由于可以抑制抑癌基因的表达，DNA甲基化在血液系统肿瘤的发病过程中起着重要的作用。去甲基化药物已成功地用于治疗某些血液系统肿瘤、特别是骨髓增生异常综合征和急性髓细胞性白血病。本文主要介绍去甲基化药物在血液系统肿瘤治疗中的应用进展。
