摘 要 原发性免疫性血小板减少症是一种免疫介导的获得性血小板减少所致出血性疾病，其患者外周血小板计数<100×109/L，但没有引起血小板减少的明显诱因或基础疾病。近年来，随着对此疾病发病机制的认识逐渐深入，在其治疗方面也有了很多新的进展。
