摘 要 糖尿病脑梗死是糖尿病常见的血管合并症，发病率和死亡率高。微小RNAs在糖尿病及其血管等并发症中的发生、发展过程中具有重要作用。本文综述了近几年与微小RNAs在糖尿病脑梗死发病中的作用机制相关的文献报道。
