摘 要 本文基于在英国的访谈分析，认为中药毒理是研发的重要领域，基于众包的全国中医病例系统是研发的重要基础，中药产业政策的失误给中药创新带来了损害。加强中央政府顶层设计、推动中医药全球众包研发平台的建立是提升我国中药创新研究的重要途径。

    ABSTRACT The pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is considered as an important field in research and development based on the analysis of the interview in the United Kingdom and the system of national TCM cases as the foundation of research and development in TCM based on crowdsourcing innovation. The mistakes of the industrial policy on TCM may result in the damage to TCM innovation.
