摘 要 伴随养老问题的日益严峻，老年人的临终关怀逐渐得到重视。本文综述目前社区临终关怀服务的开展，包括现状、概念、作用、服务内容、不足之处以及建议对策，以期为提高患者临终生命质量，减轻身心痛苦提供科学的护理。
