摘 要 目的：分析松江区外来孕产妇产后出血及子宫切除的现状，探讨外来孕产妇孕产期保健新举措。方法：回顾性分析2008年1月-2013年12月在松江区各医疗机构分娩的孕产妇资料，分为本地孕产妇和外来孕产妇两组，进行对比分析。结果：外地组及本地组孕产妇产后出血率分别为8.52‰、3.67‰(P<0.05)；子宫切除率分别为0.27‰、0.14‰(P<0.05)。结论：松江区外来孕产妇产后出血率及子宫切除率明显高于本地产妇，加大对外来孕产妇孕产期的健康保健，对提高整体妇幼保健工作水平至关重要。
