摘 要 疼痛是临床最常遇到的问题，慢性疼痛对患者的生存质量及情感产生明显的影响。本文简介WHO三阶梯镇痛的相关内容，结合现阶段疼痛治疗的不足，从医护人员、药品管理和患者与家属原因三方面提出解决方案。
