结语除多巴胺能药物外，抗惊厥药物和阿片类药物等治疗RLS也有一定的疗效。一项荟萃分析提示，抗惊厥药物如加巴喷丁等治疗RLS的有效性已获部分临床试验结果的支持，但仍需得到更多RCT的确认[47]。
